Service First Express, Inc. operations are primarily local, so your schedule is set allowing you to plan your life!

OTR drivers are home weekends!

Many of our drivers have time between dispatches to check in at home every other day.

CURRENTLY HIRING LOCAL DRIVERS

Our fleet consists of Freightliner trucks. We operate Cascadia, Classic, Columbia and FLD models.
Trailers are 53ft plate trailers and 53ft roller beds (self-loading and unloading).
All trucks are equipped with Samsara cameras.
All trailers equipped with Samsara GPS tracking.

OTR Drivers

Drivers start at .53 per mile
After 90 days drivers earn .54 per mile + .02 cpm Safety Bonus
After completing one year of service, eligible employees receive five (5) days of vacation per year of employment.
After completing three years of service, eligible employees receive ten (10) days of vacation per year of employment.
After completing five years of service, eligible employees receive fifteen (15) days of vacation per year of employment.

LOCAL Drivers

Driver pay
$23.00 per hour day shift
$25.00 per hour night shift
Shifts are 12 hours per day 48 hours per week / over 40 hours earns overtime pay

Requirements for New Drivers:

Must meet all Federal Motor Carrier guidelines and have a valid Commercial Driver’s License with proper endorsements.
Applicants must be at least 23 years old No major traffic violations within the last three (3) years, no more than (2) minor FMCSA violations in the past 2 years
A minimum of 2 years' experience in the operation of a CMV tractor/trailer
Pass DOT Drug/Alcohol Screen.
Pass criminal background and E-Verify.
