OTR Drivers
- Drivers start at .53 per mile
- After 90 days drivers earn .54 per mile + .02 cpm Safety Bonus
- After 1 year .55 per mile + .02 cpm Safety Bonus
- OTR drivers average 2500-3000 miles a week
- After completing one year of service, eligible employees receive five (5) days of vacation per year of employment.
- After completing three years of service, eligible employees receive ten (10) days of vacation per year of employment.
- After completing five years of service, eligible employees receive fifteen (15) days of vacation per year of employment.

- $23.00 per hour day shift
- $25.00 per hour night shift
- Shifts are 12 hours per day 40 hours per week / over 40 hours earns overtime pay

Requirements for New Drivers:
- Must meet all Federal Motor Carrier guidelines and have a valid Commercial Driver’s License with proper endorsements.
- Applicants must be at least 23 years old No major traffic violations within the last three (3) years, no more than (2) minor FMCSA violations in the past 2 years
- A minimum of 1 year experience in the operation of a CMV tractor/trailer
- Pass DOT Drug/Alcohol Screen.
